The State Library of NC is excited to announce a two-day, interactive workshop targeting Edge benchmarks, tips for evaluating and assessing your Edge results and strategies for communicating results to stakeholders.
This workshop is a joint offering from the State Library of NC and Edge Initiative. By attending this workshop, participants will have a better understanding of how to use Edge results in conjunction with strategic planning to plan technology offerings, learn tips from Edge staff and fellow NC librarians for improvement in benchmark areas: 4 (strategy and evaluation), 9 (devices and bandwidth) and 11 (accessibility), and learn strategies for communicating the library’s role and value in public access technology. This workshop will also feature open office hours with Edge staff!
