Endeavors - A publication of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
The North Carolina State Publications Clearinghouse collects the publications of all North Carolina state agencies and the state universities. To help the state universities submit publications to the Clearinghouse, we maintain a list of materials that we consider publications:
•Publications of university institutes and centers
•University general catalogs and bulletins
•University graduate school catalogs and bulletins
•Exhibition catalogs
•Alumni publications (for entire university, but not for specific departments or schools)
•University magazines, including the magazines of major professional schools (law schools, medical schools, nursing schools) and magazines/newsletters of the library
•Commencement materials (pamphlets, booklets, etc.)
•University histories
•Faculty handbooks
•Annual report
•Progress reports
•Chancellor’s reports
•Student handbooks
•Department/faculty magazines and newsletters
The last item, department newsletters, are decided on a case-by-case basis. Please send a copy to the Clearinghouse and we will let you know. (more…)
