Recently added to the digital repository is this report on possible energy sources off the coast of North Carolina. This report examines the potential for fossil fuel reserves and also renewable resources such as wind. Knowledge and technology for harnessing offshore energy resources have increased substantially. Environmental, economic and quality of life issues related to energy resources are examined and evaluated as are benefits and concerns associated with various offshore energy sources.
