Today kicks off the 2012 North Carolina State Fair, and are we ever excited. Long-time readers of the blog may remember the project we released last year – Blue Ribbon Memories – which highlights Fair documents in our collections as well as other fun memorabilia. Even better, it’s a place for YOU to share your Fair memories or what I like to call the “unofficial” history of the Fair with future generations.
