Join the Government & Heritage Library for a free monthly drop-in class on how to get started in genealogy and family history research!

The first class will be held on October 25th and then afterwards it will be offered on the second Wednesday of each month. Library staff will discuss how to get stay organized in your research and basic genealogy concepts and techniques. Join us in a relaxed atmosphere. No appointment is needed as all classes will be drop-in.

Program details

When: Wednesday, October 25, 2017 – 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
Where: North Carolina Government and Heritage Library, West mezzanine level 109 E. Jones Street, Raleigh, NC
What: The first class will be on Getting Started with Genealogy

      Hi Jessie, all classes are drop in, meaning come on in and grab a seat! Class today starts at 9am and starting in November they will be the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 9am. We will post upcoming classes too.
